Principles
Pricing follows three rules.
- Free for research, education, open source and micro-organisations. Research groups, educational use and open-source projects pay nothing, whatever their size. Organisations with fewer than 10 people and under $1M in annual revenue pay nothing either; both conditions must hold. If you are close to the line, a non-profit, or in some other situation these two numbers don’t describe well, ask for a review: tell us your headcount, revenue band and what you want measured, and we decide case by case and tell you why.
- Paid for larger organisations. Private evaluations, custom task environments, the Inoku Verified™ mark, the independent record for production agents, and support.
- During the design-partner phase, pricing is on request. Design partners pay nothing during the programme.

Why this model
Independence costs money, and we want it paid for by those who can afford it rather than by those doing the research. Payment never changes a score: a paying customer gets a private report and support, not a better number. The rules we will publish for the Inoku Verified™ mark apply equally to free and paid evaluations.
